Countermapping Tooling
The Tana Poso card game is designed to facilitate collective testimony and the reclamation of memory through dialogue fostered with the Pamona Indigenous community and surrounding communities within the Lake Poso hydroecology, whose living spaces have been extracted by hydropower development owned by Poso Energy company. It takes the form of a card game consisting of 40 prompt cards organised into 8 thematic suits. This serves as a counter-forum to assemble and weave together the voices of daily resistance and everyday refusal as part of a sustained, long-breathed solidarity within the community.
